    In the event of inclement weather, if Worcester Public Schools are closed, our meeting will be cancelled.  If Worcester Public Schools have a delayed opening we will only keep the lunch meetings scheduled.  Breakfast meetings would be cancelled due to school opening delays. In fact, many of us spend hours calculating and presenting what we think are key HR performance indicators. But have you asked yourself the most important question of all?

    Christina A. Danforth

    Christina A. Danforth, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, is a Business Owner and Learning and Development Specialist specifically focused on career growth of HR professionals. Christina taught the SHRM Certification Exam Prep Course at Central CT State University for several years. She also served as a Vice President of the HR Association of Central CT, and the Program Director on the board of the CT SHRM Council.

    Christina’s HR career began in 2002. Several years later, she joined UTC after obtaining her Masters in Business Administration degree. Christina moved across the United States with assignments in Labor Relations, Staffing and HR Management. In 2010, Christina returned to CT serving as an HR process leader in Performance Management and Diversity and Inclusion. She also held a specialist role in change management. Once Christina realized her passion for supporting the development of her HR peers, she decided to leave the organization and start her own company called HR Jetpack training human resources professionals around the globe.
