    In the event of inclement weather, if Worcester Public Schools are closed, our meeting will be cancelled.  If Worcester Public Schools have a delayed opening we will only keep the lunch meetings scheduled.  Breakfast meetings would be cancelled due to school opening delays. We will make every effort to notify you by e-mail and post to the website, our Facebook page and LinkedIn group if we need to cancel.

    We initially made the decision to move forward with our in-person monthly meeting, however, we received messages from several sources either with concerns, questions or updates about their company's travel restrictions and/or restrictions on attending meetings outside their facilities.

    Given that the news, situations and developments related to COVID-19 are so fluid and future precautions and restrictions are evolving on a near-daily basis, we have decided to change our breakfast meeting tomorrow to a webinar. The safety and well-being of our fellow HR professionals and their families is of utmost importance to us.

    We are pleased to offer the program “Winning the War on Talent” in this format as we had the largest registration for this meeting to date!

    Winning the War for Talent

She is a seasoned veteran in the recruiting industry, working with companies on executive-level placement. 

    Pam has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institution since 2004. She is a certified trainer with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination on Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention, and conducts training on such topics as Discrimination Prevention and Workplace Respect, Sexual Harassment, Family and Medical Leave, Wage and Hour FLSA Guidelines and many other employment law related topics. 

    Pam earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Strategic Human Resources Concentration from Bay Path University. She is a past president of the Human Resource Management Association of Western New England where she remains on the Board of Directors. Pam is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management since 2004.
