    Winning the War for Talent

Presented by Pam Thornton, Director of Strategic HR Services, EANE

With today’s low unemployment and living in the business climate of doing more with less, it’s fair to say that attracting and maintaining the top talent is a constant battle, but it’s a war you can win! Today’s employees expect to be heard and want to be involved. The more engaged an employee is, the more work they’ll put forth. Utilizing successful practices like brand ambassador recruitment, engagement surveys and stay interviews will help you build recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and retention processes that are aligned to the needs of your business. These tools will help you learn how to create and implement a winning talent strategy for your organization!
