    Virtual Meeting

Our business and personal lives have been transformed with the quick transformation of remote work, virtual engagements and new technologies. Some love it and some hate it, but this is our world today. We will be discussing all things Remote. Work and Life. During this presentation, you will get answers to the common questions and challenges of:

    • How do you manage a remote team?
    • How do you maintain and create a culture?
    • How do ensure your people are productive?
    • What technology should we get?
    • Should we do a full remote or a hybrid model?
    • What mindset is needed?
    • How can we produce a high level of service to our clients and prospects remotely?

    Meet our speaker:

Kham is the Founder and CEO of inThink Agency, a hybrid marketing and business consultancy agency. inThink helps businesses achieve growth through ROI-based marketing, sales and customer success innovation. Kham concentrates on enterprise growth for local to international companies

Under Kham’s leadership, inThink’s team of strategists, creatives, and solutions architects develop and execute marketing strategies that are guided by inThink’s unique Business Diagnostic program. The Diagnostic assesses six critical pillars for business success — marketing, creative, customer success, operations, technology, and strategy. With insight into the strengths and weaknesses within each of these pillars, inThink helps companies do much more than market their product or service. They provide a roadmap for marketing that supports unique brand positioning, customer experiences that delight from sales through purchase, and a technology stack that can support the full scope of the organization. Kham helps his clients tell their brand stories in ways that allow them to realize the immediate value in the marketplace.

Kham’s long-standing passion for marketing and dedication to client success is evident in inThink’s work ethic, collaborative style and fierce problem-solving orientation. Kham’s clients have increased their bottom line revenues by as much as 96% and seen engagement improvements up to 2000%. Best of all, inThink guarantees results!

Kham’s dedication to Worcester’s business health and development is also evident from the multiple local roles he plays. He is a Business Counselor and educator for local Chambers and Business Counseling Organizations and member of the PR / Marketing Committee for “Discover Central Massachusetts.” He sits on the Board of Directors for The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Learning First Foundation. He is also a PR Committee member for the Business Partners and Corporator at the Worcester Art Museum, an Ambassador for “Real Men Making Strides in Worcester” and supports the American Cancer Society.
