2021 MegaTrends - Recognizing and Valuing our Shared Humanity

2020 has been a historically challenging year. The global pandemic, widespread protests over racial injustice and devastating natural disasters have directly impacted our employees and customers. In the midst of this unprecedented disruption, organizations have had to react to these challenges and redefine how and where they get work done.

Forward-thinking organizations have begun to re-emerge with the understanding that this unprecedented disruption has brought with it an incredible opportunity to address the things that weren't working even prior to 2020, so they can be more effective and resilient.

They can achieve these objectives by:
    (1) Rethinking their purpose and putting People Before Profits.
    (2) Facilitating the Rebirth of HR, where modern HR professionals become the catalysts for sustainable change.

    (3) Reimagining their workplace to promote Life-Work Synergy.

His multicultural background, over 20 years of hands-on HR practitioner experience, and a passion for people-centric frameworks fuel his work as a senior partner at the HCM Advisory Group at Kronos. Puck graduated from the German Air Force Academy, and his eight-year term as officer only bolstered his belief that putting people first is vital to the success of the team and of the organization at large. During his time in the military, he earned a degree in business and a postgraduate degree in economics.
