Presented by Janice Mazzola, Executive Consultant for EANE

People have many choices when it comes to where they want to work—so it’s important to engage and retain employees from the very start.  Research by Glassdoor shows that organizations with a strong employee onboarding process improve retention by 82% and productivity by over 70%; yet, 58% of organizations say their onboarding program is focused on processes and paperwork.

The most innovative companies understand that “engagement onboarding” is about moving beyond the traditional paperwork and processes. By creating engaging employee experiences, you help the new hire quickly assimilate into their new position and form an emotional connection to the workplace to help inspire them to reach new heights.

Developed for human resource professionals, this presentation will review the core elements of “Engagement Onboarding”, examine best practices and help you begin to develop a plan that will enhance the new hire experience in your organization and wow employees from the very start.
