OUR MISSION

The Mission of the Human Resources Management Association of Central Massachusetts (HRMA) is to promote and foster the human resources profession by continually striving for the highest standards of performance in human resources management and administration; by endeavoring to educate our members and partner with educational institutions in the art and science of human resources management; and by encouraging adherence to the Code of Ethics of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Additionally, we are committed to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our work. We actively seek to create an inclusive and equitable environment that values and respects the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our members and the broader community. HRMA is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the human resources profession, and we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote these principles, both within our organization and throughout the communities we serve.
