Committees play a vital role in advancing the mission, strategic priorities, and member experience of our association. Through the dedication, expertise, and collaboration of our volunteers, committees support professional development, networking, community engagement, and organizational growth.

Serving on a committee provides members with meaningful ways to share their expertise, build professional relationships, develop leadership skills, and make a lasting impact on the HR community. We encourage members to explore ways to get involved and contribute to our mission.

The President and Vice President serve in advisory and support roles across all committees and may participate in committee meetings and activities as needed.

Committee meeting frequency, time commitments, and volunteer needs may vary throughout the program year based on committee goals, active projects, member interest, and available openings. Committee priorities and volunteer needs may evolve throughout the year to support our strategic goals and mission.
