Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee

Mission:

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee embraces the full spectrum of inclusive human resources
practices, including belonging and accessibility. Our mission is to create opportunities for HRMA
members to deepen their awareness and understanding of core Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
principles while fostering a culture where every member feels welcomed, supported, and empowered
to grow professionally and step confidently into leadership roles.

We are committed to continuous learning and equipping members with practical strategies to attract,
retain, and advance diverse talent while removing barriers and fostering inclusive environments.
Through collaboration and engagement, we empower members to lead meaningful change that advance inclusion and equitable access within the workplaces and communities they serve.
