Sponsor Guidelines
- Sponsor remarks are limited to approximately three minutes.
- Sponsors are responsible for providing their own promotional materials, branded giveaways, and door prizes, if applicable.
- Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- A completed Sponsorship & Advertising Application and payment are required to confirm your sponsorship or advertising opportunity.
- Promotional activities and advertising will begin upon receipt of the completed application, payment, and confirmation.
- All sponsorship and advertising opportunities are subject to approval.
